Tracy Mose, DPT

Tracy Mose brings over 30 years of healthcare expertise in physical therapy and therapy program management across post-acute care.  She has served in leadership roles overseeing therapy programs and operational rehabilitation services.  In her role as Chief Therapy Officer at Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital, she oversees all therapy services, mentors clinical staff, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Tracy has extensive leadership experience in rehabilitation therapy program development, quality management, and operational oversight. She is known for fostering a culture of continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Tracy holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Additionally, she earned a master’s degree in healthcare management from the Rosalind Franklin School of Medicine and Science and is a licensed physical therapist in multiple states.
