Director of Quality Mangement

Rosetta Speights serves as the Director of Quality Management at Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience in quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and nursing operations. She is dedicated to advancing clinical excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement that supports exceptional patient outcomes.

Throughout her career, Rosetta has led initiatives focused on accreditation, quality performance, patient safety, infection prevention, and operational excellence. Her experience includes executive leadership roles overseeing quality, nursing, and patient care services across acute care hospitals and health systems.

Rosetta earned a Master of Science in Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans. She is board certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC) and holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), and Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP).
