Kerby Westbrook, MSN, CRRN, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Kerby Westbrook brings 15 years of healthcare experience and nursing leadership, primarily in inpatient rehabilitation. In her most recent role, she served as the Chief Nursing Officer at a rehabilitation hospital in Tucson, leading a team of 60 nurses and rehabilitation technicians to improve patient outcomes, manage personnel, maintain compliance, and optimize hospital operations. Her prior roles include RN Manager and Wound Care Coordinator.

Kerby is pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing at Aspen University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) and holds an active RN license.
